This multimedia product and all the contents therein (by way of example: Virtual Tours of rooms, virtual reconstructions, deconstruction of the Lion of St. Mark, Virtual Objects, photo shots, three-dimensional models of objects, videos, etc.) are the exclusive property of Regione del Veneto. Therefore, without the express authorization from Regione del Veneto, the publication of the work and its exploitation in any form and way, original or derivative, including temporary or permanent, partial or total reproduction, its communication to the public, distribution, translation, processing, hiring, lending, and in general the exercise of any related right, are prohibited pursuant to Law no. 633 of 22 April 1941.

The use and reproduction of works of art, places, and materials (by way of example: documents, data, photographic and video images) contained into this multimedia product and that are the property or were delivered to entities other than Regione del Veneto, occurred with prior permission from the owner or consignee, and in particular:

- from the Procuratoria della Basilica di San Marco, for works of art, places, and materials related to St. Mark's Basilica;
- from the Soprintendenza Speciale per il Patrimonio storico, artistico ed etnoantropologico e per il Polo Museale della città di Venezia e dei comuni della Gronda lagunare, for the works of art, places, and materials pertaining to the National Archaeological Museum of Venice and the Palazzo Grimani Museum;
- from the Biblioteca Nazionale Marciana, for works of art, places, and materials relating to the Statuario Pubblico della Serenissima.

In relation to these works, places and materials all further reproduction or duplication by any means shall be prohibited.
